Introducing Julie Marabelle: A New Artist With Ink + Indigo Editions

Fine Art Licensing, LICENSING, New Work, Studio News

There have been a lot of exciting things brewing over here, and we’re thrilled to announce the continued expansion of our Fine Art Licensing Line into what will now be known as Ink + Indigo Editions, a Fine Art Licensing Collective.

This marks an exciting new chapter for our studio and licensing collection. While the collection has historically featured artwork created by Ink and Indigo founder Emily Mann, we are now thoughtfully expanding our roster to include a curated group of artists whose work shares our commitment to craftsmanship, originality, and exceptional design.

We are delighted to first welcome Julie Marabelle. Based in Amsterdam, Julie is a French visual artist whose work bridges the worlds of fine art, illustration, and storytelling. Known for her vibrant use of color, intricate cut-paper compositions, and nature-inspired imagery, Julie creates work that feels both sophisticated and joyful. Her artwork has been exhibited internationally and featured in projects and leading design publications around the world.

The first works we are introducing from Julie’s collection are a series of expressive orchid studies and illustrations originally created in oil stick and watercolor oil pastels. These colorful botanical works celebrate the sculptural beauty of orchids while maintaining the contemporary aesthetic that makes Julie’s work so distinctive.

For interior designers and art consultants, Julie’s work offers a fresh perspective on botanical imagery. The collection is particularly impactful as a series, allowing designers to create cohesive installations that feel both elevated and approachable. These works integrate beautifully into a wide range of design styles, from boutique hospitality and luxury residential projects to modern corporate and wellness-focused environments.

As with all artwork in Ink + Indigo Editions, Julie’s orchid collection is available as high-resolution licensed imagery for reproduction across a variety of substrates and formats. Artwork can be scaled, grouped, and customized to meet the needs of projects ranging from intimate residential spaces to large hospitality installations.

We are excited to welcome Julie Marabelle to the Ink + Indigo Editions family and look forward to sharing additional artists and collections in the months ahead.
